    Experience:
    • 4–7 years of experience in Linux system administration in enterprise or data center
    environments.
    • 2+ years of hands-on experience in OpenStack cloud operations and
    management.
    • Experience in Canonical-based cloud platforms (MAAS, Juju, Ceph, Kubernetes)
  • Full Description:
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Administer and maintain Linux servers (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS) across UIDAI infrastructure.
    2. Perform OS patching, system hardening, and performance optimization.
    3. Manage user access, file systems (LVM, RAID, NFS), and networking (DNS, DHCP, Firewall).
    4. Deploy and manage OpenStack components (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, Keystone, Horizon).
    5. Provision and monitor VM instances, networking, and storage within OpenStack.
    6. Troubleshoot Linux and OpenStack-related incidents and provide RCA within SLA.
    7. Use Prometheus/Grafana/Nagios for performance and capacity monitoring.
  • Requirements:
    Must Have:
    1. Strong knowledge of Linux administration (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS).
    2. Practical experience with OpenStack operations and Ceph integration.
    3. Hands-on in scripting (Bash/Python) and automation (Ansible).
    4. Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and Canonical tools (MAAS/Juju).
    5. Good understanding of networking concepts and incident management (ITSM).

      Desirable Skills:
    Exposure to CI/CD tools, Prometheus/Grafana, and configuration management systems.
    Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
